The secrets of a successful factory redevelopment

** Event in French only ** Conference offered by Louis-Philippe Morin, partner at Progima and industrial engineer, and Pierre-Luc Castonguay, Regional Director Eastern Quebec at Progima and Industrial Engineer

You are the manager of a manufacturing company and you plan to move, expand, redevelop or have a factory built? This conference is for you!

Did you know it is often possible to recover or eliminate more than 20% of a plant’s space as a result of a fit-up exercise and that about 30% of workers’ time is used to compensate for a suboptimal layout?

Already presented to more than 500 entrepreneurs/managers like you, this conference given by experts in industrial engineering will expose avenues of reflection that have proven their worth. From the following days, the participants were able to put into practice some of the themes explored.
